LuxCertify provides independent, human photographic reviews of submitted items. We are not affiliated with the brands we review. A review considers the photos and evidence provided for that individual item; it is not a brand-issued opinion or a promise of a particular result.

How a review moves forward

You submit item details and photographs, then complete payment. Once payment is confirmed and the evidence is complete, a human reviewer examines the submission. If more information is needed, we request it and the review pauses until it is received.

The review outcome is stated plainly: authenticated, not authenticated, or unable to determine. An approver releases the completed result. For an authenticated outcome, the digital PDF certificate includes a QR code for public verification.

We aim to complete reviews within two business days, excluding weekends, Eastern time, from confirmed payment and complete evidence. This is an expectation rather than a guarantee. The timing pauses while requested evidence is outstanding.
