Private by design.

We collect your name, email, item details and photos to provide the selected authentication and/or valuation service. Valuation records may include estimates, valuation date, condition, notes, market-comparison support, and reviewer and approver attribution. Shopify processes checkout and payment; we do not collect your card details.

Your original evidence, valuation report and photo previews are private and accessible only through authorized case access and the secured staff interface. Customer links should be treated like passwords.

Public verification applies only to authentication certificates and includes approved item identification, certificate status, issue date, reference and recorded reviewer/approver attribution. Valuation reports are not public and do not include a public verification QR. Your contact details and full serial/date codes are excluded from public verification. An optional, separately cropped item thumbnail may be published only after your consent to that exact image and an approver's sensitive-detail check. Consent is not required for review; original evidence is never published.

Refunds are financial adjustments, not proof that an authentication opinion is invalid. Corrections, withdrawals and replacements are recorded separately with reasons and reference history. A change to an authenticity finding requires renewed human review and explicit approval to release.
